This only happened due to a streak of extreme bad luck and/or bad planning (why was noone dead/stunned before they were able to attack? low level enemies are very slow.) Make sure you bring as many Bandages, Medicinal Herbs and Holy Waters as possible. The Wolves at the Door fight is difficult both going to the boss and the boss itself. Exaggeration is a slow and insidious killer of arguements. The key to the Wolves at the Door quest is the Man-at-arms (with Rampart and Defender) and Hellion (with Barbaric Yawp and If It Bleeds). Then you just got owned by lvl 1-3 enemies, which the first fights in this dungeon consist of.įor such an enemy party the maximum possible damage per target and round is 42, assuming every attack crits. Had to abandon cause non of my hero could use thier abiltys after the line up shrank from 4 to 3. Dealing over 100 worth of damaged in one turn killing my level 6 Bounty hunter. In the first fight, all 4 of the enemy units targeted the same hero and got a crit. its easier than most of the champion bosses tbh.įnally, someone mentioning a tactic that does not involve the MAA. just remember to not panic and play smart, stack dots on the boss and it will be over in no time. i used a hellion as my tank the first time and it worked out realy well, i dont think anyone hit deaths door. if you do that you dont need a man at arms.
